We joyfully receive our new priest to Our Lady of Mercy and St. Anthony of Padua. As he begins his ministry among us, we entrust him to the care of our Lord and ask the Holy Spirit to guide and strengthen him in his service. May the Blessed Mother watch over him, and may our parish communities support him with prayer, encouragement, and Christian fellowship as we grow together in faith.

Our twinning Pastor, Fr. Keith Laskowski, announced in May that Bishop Alfred Schlert of the Diocese of Allentown has assigned him to St. Ann’s Parish in Emmaus, effective June 15, 2026. Fr. Keith has served as Pastor of Our Lady of Mercy for 12 years and St. Anthony of Padua for 5 years, and he recently celebrated his 24th anniversary as a priest.

Farewell, Father

For many years, you have been far more than our pastor—you have been a shepherd, a guide, and a faithful friend. As you begin this new chapter, you carry with you a part of each of us, just as you leave an enduring place in our hearts.

Your faith, compassion, and steadfast dedication have blessed our parishes beyond measure. Though you will be deeply missed, we remain profoundly grateful for the years we have shared and for the countless lives you have touched.

May God continue to bless and guide you in your new assignment, granting you joy, strength, and abundant grace. Thank you for all you have given to our parish family. You will always remain a cherished part of our hearts and prayers.

With heartfelt gratitude, prayers, and every best wish.
