Divine Mercy Cenacle
Overview
The Divine Mercy Cenacle is a dedicated group that gathers at Our Lady of Mercy Parish to foster the Divine Mercy devotion. Meetings are held every other Monday and are open to all parishioners and community members interested in deepening their faith through this powerful spiritual practice.
Meeting Activities
- Reading St. Faustina’s Diary: Each gathering includes reading selections from the diary of St. Faustina, whose experiences and revelations form the foundation of the Divine Mercy devotion.
- Divine Mercy Chaplet: Members join together in praying or singing the Divine Mercy Chaplet, seeking God’s mercy for themselves and for the world.
- Sharing Reflections and Intentions: The group provides a supportive environment for participants to share their thoughts, spiritual insights, and prayer intentions related to Divine Mercy.
- Promoting the Devotion: The Cenacle actively works to encourage wider participation in the Divine Mercy devotion, with special emphasis on the celebration of Divine Mercy Sunday.
Participation
Everyone is welcome to attend the meetings and participate in the activities. For those unable to join in person, the Cenacle encourages spiritual solidarity by inviting them to pray for priests and vocations from their homes.
